To all my beloved Zutarians:

I appreciate the fact that all of you are trying to keep my faith going. You guys are amazing. But I'm sorry, I truly think this is the end. I'm not saying this to piss any of you off. Believe me, if anyone has tried to keep the faith alive in this fandom, it's me. I've worked my ass off to keep you shippers alive and kicking. But I can clarify a few things for you right now.

The person who I linked above did not make up those interview answers, OR those scans. They are in the book. I know this because one of my good Zutarian friends got ahold of this book today. I will keep her anonymous so she is not attacked with questions, until she gives me permission to use her name. Trust me....I trust this source and so do all of you.

Also, the book was supposed to come out after the finale had aired. The finale was originally supposed to air in May. I don't know if any of you have seen Nick's old production schedule for Avatar, but I'm sure it's still floating around the internet somewhere. Basically, the old production schedule had the finale slotted for May.

The finale got pushed back, but these books couldn't be. As my dear friend explained, it costs a lot of money to have thousands of these books just sitting in a warehouse waiting to be shipped. You can find more info on that matter in his latest journal.

So whether this book is a big hoax or not, we weren't supposed to get them 'till after the finale. Which makes it very hard for me to believe that it was just some elaborate and cruel prank on Mike and Bryan's part.

I've never been one to accept defeat. I've always fought for this ship. But seriously guys...at least for now....I think it's best for us to just accept this. We don't want to embarrass ourselves by spewing out more conspiracy theories, when the fact is, this probably isn't one.

I love you all to death and Zutara will still remain, in my mind, the best ship the world has ever seen....canon or not. I will ship it 'till the day I die and I hope you will too.

I will never abandon my ship even if I stop believing it can actually happen in canon. I will continue my comic of course...as it is set up nicely after the ending this book gave us. In fact, it's perfect for me to continue it. As you know, in my comic, it starts off at the end of season 3 with Maiko as the canon ship. *spoiler about my comic:* You will also learn that Katara and Aang had a relationship but that it didn't last long.

So like I said...I am appreciative and extremely flattered that you guys are trying so hard to keep me from losing faith. But it simply can't be done at the moment.

You all are free to believe whatever you wish, but that is my stance on the matter.

You don't know how hard or heartbreaking it is for me to write this to you. The feeling is honestly equivalent to the death of a relative. I want to believe so, SO bad that it is still alive. And it's painful to look at my old Zutara pictures right now, reminding me of the undying faith I used to have in this ship. I saw such enormous potential and beauty and.....*sigh*

I want to be wrong about all of this. And If I am wrong, then you are all free to give me the "I-told-you-so"s. But right now....I don't think I am.

Once again, I love you guys.
